The ISO 9001:2015 Standard has been  published in September, 2015. Jack Sekhon & Associates Inc. believe that the structure of the new standard uses a less prescriptive but thought provoking documentation approach. This  enables the organizations to clearly focus on the business intent/purpose, growth, risk strategies, performance measures, outsourced-processes and ultimately the real value-adding continual improvement. In addition, the new standard is better aligned with other industry specific business sector standards such as AS 9100. Overview

  • “ISO 9001:2015 QMS Requirements” is a competency-based 1 day training program that focuses on how to implement the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Standard into existing ISO 9001:2008 Standard based quality management system. This course covers strategies to align the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Standard with the existing ISO 9001:2008 based quality management system that include: organizational context and the needs/expectations of interested parties; process approach combined with risk-based thinking; determination and addressing of risks and opportunities; retaining and maintaining documented information; planning to achieve quality objectives; externally provided products/processes/services and change management; analysis and evaluation of information received from monitoring/measuring sources; and changes to management review inputs

  • Learn how to align the existing ISO 9001:2008 based quality management system with the new structure of ISO 9001:2015 Standard;
  • Get to know the process how to develop internal and external organizational context ;
